We provide transgenic strains which express Cas9 endonuclease and tdTomato fluorescence indicator in a constitutive (T004285) or Cre-dependent (T002249) manner. These strains can be applied with sgRNA-expressing transgenic mouse strains or viral vectors to achieve genome modification in vivo.
