PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Thiazole orange homodimer (TOhD), also know as TOTO®-1, is a cell-impermeant, high-affinity nucleic acid stain based upon a symmetric cyanine dye dimer. The dye is essentially nonfluorescent in the absence of nucleic acids, but shows bright green fluorescence when bound to nucleic acids.

  • λEx/λEm (with DNA): 520/514 nm
  • Orange solution
  • Store at 4°C and protect from light
  • C49H58I4N6S2
