【Cells】 Human peripheral blood

【Medium】KBM 591

【Vessel】 24 well plate coated with anti-CD3

【Protocol】Seeded 4×105 cells/well and incubated statically at 37℃・5% carbon dioxide.

Added KBM591(with IL-2) according to growth, and cultured for 14 days.
