KBM 550BEL 1L (Culture medium for activated human T cell expansion in a gas-permeable bag) is a RUO product.

Add 5 to 10% serum (plasma) at the start of the activation culture.
The addition of serum (plasma) may be omitted during the expansion culture.

KBM 550BA, KBM 550BEL, those filled in a gas permeable bag, and IL-2-free KBM 551 are also available.
You can choose either according to your purpose.
