KBM 550BEL is a specialized cell culture medium designed to support the activation and expansion of human peripheral blood T cells. Formulated with essential nutrients and growth factors, KBM 550BEL provides an optimal environment for T cell proliferation.

Add 5 to 10% serum (plasma) at the start of the activation culture.
The addition of serum (plasma) may be omitted during the expansion culture.

KBM 550BA, KBM 550BEL, those filled in a gas permeable bag, and IL-2-free KBM 551 are also available.
You can choose either according to your purpose.
