KBM 550 description

This product is a medium suitable for both activated and expanded cultures of human peripheral blood T cells stimulated with solid-phase anti-CD3 antibody.

Add 5 to 10% serum (plasma) at the start of the activation culture.
The addition of serum (plasma) may be omitted during the expansion culture.

This product contains human interleukin-2 (IL-2) in 109 JRU/mL (175,000 IU/mL).

KBM 550BA, KBM 550BEL, those filled in a gas permeable bag, and IL-2-free KBM 551 are also available.
You can choose either according to your purpose.

 

 

Product Features

・This product contains no protein other than human serum albumin, recombinant human insulin and recombinant human interleukin-2.
​・Buffering capacity is enhanced to minimize pH fluctuation.
​・It contains kanamycin sulfate as an antibiotic.
