ACE2 Mouse Models – Humanized and Conditional/Knockout Mice
Mouse models play a critical role in both vaccine and drug development. Studies have shown that SARS-CoV-2 binds to the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor on the surface of human cells through the spike protein (S protein).
Many different hACE2 transgenic mouse models have been developed for in vivo experimental platform for COVID-19 research. We are prioritizing our support in COVID-19 research. Check out the list of ACE2 mouse models in the table below.
