Rapid protocol with low background and high sensitivity

Replicate Western blots were performed using the Azure Flash Western Chemiluminescence kit and a traditional Western blot protocol. Each blot shows a dilution series of the same sample. The Azure Flash Western kit produced more sensitive detection than the traditional protocol with over 90% of antibodies (while STAT-3 and pSTAT-3 demonstrate the improved data quality possible with Azure Flash Western Kit, the HSP60 antibody is an example of an antibody with similar performance).
