Quality Control Testing
The banding pattern of RNA ladder on 1% TAE or TBE agarose gels shows clear identifiable bands at each fragment, when stained with nucleic acid safety dye under UV light.

1 mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.4)
Storage & Stability
This product is stable for 3 months after storage at -80°C and should be avoided from repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Handling Instruction
For optimal storage, aliquot the reagent into smaller quantities and store at recommended temperature.
Please promptly retrieve the required portion and return it to the appropriate storage temperature.
Recommended to Use
Ladder preparation for Electrophoresis
- Mix 1 volume of RNA ladder with 3 volumes of 2X RNA Loading Dye.
- Incubate at 65°C for 5 minutes.
- Load 0.5 μL of the prepared ladder for every mm of gel lane width (e.g., 4 μL for an 8 mm lane).

- To avoid ribonuclease contamination, using RNase-free water is necessary for sample dilution.
- We do not recommend use of these markers as a quantitative standard.
